Why did you choose to work at WCM?
WCM embodies excellence, empathy, inclusion, and integrity, four values that I believe will usher in the future of music study. It's also great to be back in Wisconsin teaching at a school that has a history of an impact in its community and beyond.

Describe a musical experience or teacher that had a positive impact on you.
Playing with an orchestra for the first time had a tremendous impact on me as a musician and person. Traditionally, pianists practice and play alone a lot of the time. Having the privilege of performing with 50-60 people at one time made me realize how big the world of music is beyond the practice room, as well as its power to bring people together for something larger than each individual.
